At Affordable Beach Wedding.com, we provide your wedding photography and you get EVERY picture! On average, couples receive several hundred photos of their wedding (you won’t get that with any other wedding company). We will put them on a CD or flash drive. All photos are unedited. All our arrangements are the finest silk available, however if you choose to do real flowers, we will work with a local florist in Florida to create beautiful live arrangements for you. When it comes to flowers, you can design your beach styled wedding to be as simple or extravagant as you want. Fine fabrics are also utilized in our arches and canopies, and are available in many different colors. Hearts in the sand, decorative greenery, swaying flags, flowers petals on the sand and walkway, bridal bouquets and more. This is your special day and we are here to make you happy.

We have many wedding vows to choose from, such as Christian, Modern Civil, Elopement, Commitment, Renewal, and many more. All vows can be changed to suit your personal needs. You may also write your own vows for your wedding and we will be happy to include them in your ceremony. We also offer special ceremonies to be included or modified to fit with your vows, such as the Sand Ceremony, Words of Rose Ceremony, Handfasting and more wedding ceremony traditions.

Florida has a lot to offer you for weddings, including beautiful white sand beaches, private islands and gorgeous parks, mixed with lots of sunshine. Affordable Beach Wedding LLC can also travel to your destination anywhere within the state of Florida with additional travel fees. Our office is located in New Smyrna Beach, but we service New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Edgewater, Ormond Beach, Sanford, and all Central Florida areas. Keep in mind the location you choose could have a Travel Fee and or a Hard to Access Fee. We can give you suggestions on no fee locations as well. We are licensed to marry you anywhere in Florida. Our salon has a team of very experienced professionals who can make you wedding day salon experience, a dream come true. From curly to straight hair, we will work with you to find the perfect updo, braids or smooth blowout. We strive to be on time so that your day goes as stress free as possible. We take pride in making your salon visit fun and leaving with beautiful hair and makeup. A trial appointment is recommended to help make final decisions and ensure that enough time on the day of the event is reserved. We have some of the best makeup artists and stylists in New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach area. We offer on location services as well as private reservation at the salon for additional fees.

We have very experienced wedding officiants. We offer both male and female officiants. We will work with you to create the perfect wedding vows for your needs. From vow renewals to blending families we can make your vows include children and your thoughts of appreciation to your spouse. This is an important part of planning your ceremony and making it completely yours. You can take one of our example vows and add to or take away to ensure it’s just right for you. After all, it’s all about your promises to each other.

Affordable Beach Wedding LLC agrees to provide services to you at a specified time. Your setup will be ready approximately 30 minutes before start time. It is important to start the ceremony on time. You will have the setup for 1 hour. Often, we have other employees working with us and they must be paid for their time. Additionally, you may not be the only people getting married that day. Quite often, we have other weddings to perform. Being late will effect everyone’s schedules. Therefore, a late fee will be charged. Any wedding that has not begun within 45 minutes after the scheduled time may be cancelled and disassembled with no refund, at Affordable Beach Wedding LLC’s discretion. (If we can wait, after 1 hour late start, a fee of $300 per hour will begin.) The late fee must be paid before the ceremony begins.

The beach is such a charming location for tying the knot, especially in summer when the season simply calls for an outdoor wedding venue.
